Stadtquartier Marienhöfe – Book

Collignon Architektur
Marienhöfe city district
A city quarter is being created: Where freight trains were once loaded, an urban organism is emerging with a variety of new forms and functions, with the aim of giving up to 12,000 people a new home to live and work. Not on a greenfield site, but in an urban location in Berlin-Tempelhof.

This publication shows the result of a seven-year planning process, during which the Berlin office CollignonArchitektur developed and designed everything: from the first line of the master plan to the door handle for 20 buildings with over 1,000 residential units and up to 130 commercial units, an underground car park for over 800 cars and 1,600 Bicycles and spacious outdoor facilities that take into account the climatic, aesthetic and social concerns of our time. The permits are in place and construction can begin.
