In his new book 57 wilde Gerichte aus dem Wald (57 wild dishes from the forest) Christian Meyer-Landrut has reinterpreted classic meat dishes. The fine pleasure recipes are based on the love for nature and the passion for cooking, roasting and smoking. The recipes reflect the modern game cuisine and respect for nature and the life of the animals. Perfect for a meal together with friends and family.
Christian Meyer-Landrut is a freelance architect and has been running an architectural office in Weimar since 1997 focussing on industrial buildings. Apart from his professional work as a self-employed architect, his voluntary commitments are essential to him: In 2021, he was made a Knight of St. John as an honorary board member of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe (Order of the St. John Ambulance Service).
