For every real estate developer, the website is a vital brand communication tool. Apart from current news and events they use it to display, announce, and offer all objects and properties they have available.
Our relaunch treats the property developers to a new, dynamic and made-to-measure website that really reflects the company’s outlook and values.
With easy, at-a-glance access to all projects at both ANH locations (Berlin and Sauerland), the new site delights with intuitive navigation, a thoughtful structure and plenty of expressive, large-format images by first-rate architecture photographers.
A new office building is being built in Berlin Charlottenburg to complement THE BOX. At the corner of the property in the neighbourhood of KPM and Mercedes Benz. Located directly on the Spree in an area called "Knie" - long before it became Charlottenburg. (The subway station "Knie" was opened in 1902 and is now called "Ernst-Reuter-Platz"). We are responsible for naming, logo, signage and website.

than art in architecture
Real Estate, architecture and art – three areas in which ANH Hausbesitz is successfully engaged. The eponymous book presents the company’s innovative involvement in commercial properties, offices and art in Berlin as well as the interesting synergies resulting in the cross-links. Characterising for this publication’s production were synergies as well: Rosendahl Berlin developed concepts, organised photo shoots, coordinated the editorial team, illustrated projects, chose the material, print, configuration, binding and summed everything up in a layout that perfectly reflects the inter-disciplinary demand of this extensive piece.

In close coordination with our clients we gave the brand a new image that has helped ANH Hausbesitz become known as a trustworthy real estate developer for office and commercial properties as well as an active art sponsor.
A BIT MO'
Two buildings on the former Bolle Dairy grounds tempt new tenants with metropolitan industrial flair, open brickwork, edgy-meets-angular lines and pitch-black walls and floors. Our animated logo references this strong, clear-cut style – and easily bridges the gap between NYC cool (A BIT MO’) and neighbourhood charm (anagram of Moabit) in the striking name.
